Overall experience: This is sad... I was admin on 6 other servers that got shut down either due to budget, the owner got tired of hosting the server due to complaints about stuff, griefers, and death (I am serious.)
What does an admin do: Make sure the server doesn't fall into Oblivion. Prevent bad things that repel players from happening. Stabilize the server.
Staff experience: I banned some griefers after some discussions. I kicked spammers (if they don't stop I ban them.). I helped some nooblings around.
Are you a good builder: You can say that.
Are you mature: A mature 12 year old that doesn't ruin any fun.
Anything else: Nothing at all.
